With the best captain in the world, we’ll spend a week on a 49-foot sailboat eating local food, taking night swims + skinny dips, climb volcanoes and live out the dolce far niente — the sweetness of doing nothing.

VINO VOLCANICO no. 8 WINE TOUR FOR WILD WOMEN

A whirlwind of flavors from wild mountain herbs and freshly made tumma cheese to seasonal meals featuring capers + wild fennel. You’ll learn about grapes, raisins, extreme agriculture, dry zibibbo, passito, traditional and natural winemaking techniques from the island. It’s the last hurrah for HARVEST season so we’ll follow the grapes from their volcanic soils and terraced vineyards to the cantinas with local-led tours and tastings. There will be free time to soak up the magic each morning and night with communal family meal breakfasts + dinners at our dammusi houses overlooking the sea.
